With endless choices of toppings, you can make a wide range of both savory and sweet baked Manchester’s. Today, we will be focusing on a baked Manchester paired with Leelanau Apricot Preserve from American Spoon.
1 Manchester Cheese – Zingerman’s Creamery
½ Cup of American Spoon – Leelanau Apricot Preserves
1 Package of Zingerman’s Bakehouse Baguette
1 Baking Sheet or 1 Small oven safe crock
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
Place the Manchester on a baking sheet or in a small oven-safe crock.
Top with ½ a cup of Leelanau Apricot Preserves directly over.
Bake for approximately 15 minutes or until gooey and seeping out.
Serve warm with Zingerman’s Bakehouse Baguette and enjoy!
