Do you love all things charcuterie, and want to host the perfect wine and cheese party for your friends? Then this is the class for you! Learn to create a beautiful charcuterie display, where we will show how to cut different cheeses, meats, and accompaniments and how to place them on your board, and you get to take your custom-made masterpiece home! Following this class, plan a wine night with friends to show off your creation.

We will assist you in selecting and tasting the best wines to go with your selection of cheeses, meat and accompaniments. We will select 2-3 wines for you to sample. Must be 21+ to sample wines.

Cancellation policy: To receive full credit on our classes, we have a 48-hour cancellation policy. If we are given 24-hr notice, we will give you a credit that can be used for an upcoming Creamery Class. Anything less than 24 hours is non-refundable. In the case of bad weather, we will postpone the class.

If the class has less than a 50% attendance sign up, we could postpone the class to after the holidays (January 13th).
