These classes are demonstration-based and are completely hands-on. Our students will learn techniques and skills by making cheese in our Creamery just like our Master-Cheesemakers, while having fun at the same time. Afterwards, enjoy a Cheese Tasting party with an assortment of fresh and aged cheeses. The best part is that you get to take home all the cheese you make to enjoy later!

To receive full credit on our classes, we have a 48-hour cancellation policy. If we are given 24-hr notice, we will give you a credit that can be used for an upcoming Creamery Class. Anything less than 24 hours is non-refundable.
