Our friend Lauren Bloom from Bløm Meadworks will be joining us for a cheese and mead pairing event! Come sample a variety of our cheeses and meads from Bløm, and taste how they complement each other. We will be tasting the following:

• Apple Cyser with City Goat and Classic Mini Brie
• Christmas Mead with Detroit Street Brick and Cervelle de Canut
• Paw Paw Sour Mead with Paw Paw Gelato
• Black Currant Gose with Pimento Cheese
• plus a few more surprises!
