Made with Calder Dairy cow’s milk and aged for about a week before we ship it out, the Manchester is available in cases of 6. Interested in carrying Creamery Cheeses and Gelato? We ship cheese all over the country. If you’d like to get some tastes to share with your staff, feel free to drop me a line to arrange a shipment. We also deliver to customers in Ann Arbor every Friday. We encourage both existing and potential customers alike to come visit us at the dairy.
