Gelato Cakes!

Order a decadent, handmade gelato cake for your next celebration, whether it be for a birthday, graduation, anniversary, or just because! Each cake is made using products from Zingerman’s Bakehouse, Zingerman’s Candy Company, and of course, Zingerman’s Creamery gelato.


Triple Chocolate – chocolate cake, Dark Chocolate gelato, and chocolate ganache
Zzang Bar – yellow cake, Salted Caramel Chocolate Chunk gelato, dulce de leche, and Zzang Bar pieces (contains peanuts)
Milk & Cookies – yellow cake, Vanilla gelato, chocolate ganache, and Funky Chunky chocolate chip cookies


6″ x 3.5″ cake, feeds 8-10 people

Gelato Serving Instructions

Gelato is best when served at 15°F to 20°F. For serving an entire 16 oz or 32 oz portion allow the container to sit in your refrigerator for 20-30 minutes, so that it can warm up for scooping. If you are going to take portions out and return the container to the freezer, use a hot ice cream scoop to remove your portions. Once the gelato has been warmed to serving temperature it is best not to refreeze, as the texture will be compromised.
