We’re sharing our techniques and recipes for making fresh goat’s milk cheeses with this two-day class! We’ll walk you through the process of culturing and setting the fresh milk, taste a variety of goat cheeses, and make rounds of fresh goat cheese together. You’ll leave with all the cheese that you make and recipes.
