In this tasting, we will be joining this international celebration of traditionally crafted raw milk cheese and the individuals who bring it from the pasture to the plate. Because we are so passionate about keeping old traditions alive, we are paying tribute to our favorite domestic selection of unpasteurized, traditionally-made cheeses.
