As of fall 2025, the Creamery has begun a new chapter as its own entity, now called Sanilac Creamery. While no longer part of the Zingerman’s Community of Businesses, the same people, recipes, and craftsmanship are behind the products you know and love.
Sanilac Creamery will continue producing the well-loved Zingerman’s cheeses, gelati, and spreads (like Cream Cheese, Goat Cream Cheese, Pimento Cheese, and more) and will remain a valued supplier to the ZCoB. You can also keep visiting their shop on Plaza Drive to stock up on all your favorites.
