Learn to Make Fresh Mozzarella!
We’ll walk you through all the steps as you learn to make fresh mozzarella from finished (available at the Creamery) and your own handmade curd so you can do it at home! We’ll also show you some of the creative things you can make with it!

Every Saturday from 12-2pm. Cost is $45 per person. Reservations required, space is limited. To reserve a spot, contact us at 734-929-0500.

Tours of the Creamery
Cheesemaker and managing partner John Loomis leads the whey and gives the inside scoop on how we make artisan cheeses and old-fashioned gelato (that’s Italian ice cream)!

Every Sunday, beginning at 2pm for $5 per person. You will receive a $5 coupon to spend in The Cheese Shop. Give us a call at 734.929.0500 and we’ll save you a place!
