At long last, smoked mozzarella has arrived! We take our freshly-stretched mozzarella and slowly smoke it over cherry wood embers until it picks up a wonderfully smokey flavor and a deep golden color.

Serving Suggestions
Great for nearly any regular mozzarella application, smoked mozzarella is one of my favorite additions to a rosemary ham sandwich on a crusty roll.
