INGREDIENTS Pasteurized cow's milk with added cream
A taste of the Scottish Highlands - this cheese is made with fresh cow's milk blended with heavy cream, then pressed into a little log shape and rolled in toasted Pinhead Oatmeal. THIS CHEESE IS CURRENTLY ON VACATION. WATCH FOR IT'S RETURN IN MARCH!
Serving Suggestions
The Argyle is best served at room temperature. It can be eaten for breakfast with preserves or honey and toast, on a cheese board with oatcakes, or for dessert with just a touch of Drambuie drizzled on top.
