Burrata, meaning "buttered" in Italian, is one of the most decadent cheeses you can get your hands on. We make ours by freshly pulling mozzarella curd and forming it into a pouch. Then we fill that pouch with a mixture of shredded mozz and heavy cream for an extraordinary fresh cheese treat. You really have to taste this one to believe how rich it is.

Serving Suggestions
This is one of our all time favorites for warmer weather. Since the cheese is so rich we like to pair it with fairly simple ingredients, such as a drizzle of olive oil and some cracked pepper served on a baguette. Burrata goes exceedingly well with just about anything you'd normally pair fresh mozzarella with—use it for an unforgettable caprese salad.
