Thanks for your question!  While it isn&#039;t beyond the realm of possibilities that we will try and create a hard cheese class, the logistics for now our keeping us focused on the Mozzarella Class.  Hard cheese-making involves a lot of short periods of activity with long bouts of inactivity between them and isn&#039;t totally conducive to a 2-hour class.  We are working on it though and trying to put another class together.  Stay tuned to the website for any future details!  Thanks!</description>
