My family has enjoyed your food, service, and wonderful flair for presentation for many years. What I am not finding are the lnutritional values or ingredients for your 8 grain, 3 seed bread.

Recently my Husband was diagnoised with cancer. He manages the tumor growth through a low glycemic diet. He is very strict in his persual of finding foods that meet this requirement. A favorite of ours is your 8 grain, three seed bread; which is rarely missing in our home. Would you please share the in nutritional breakdown with us?

If you are seeking a new product...a low glycemic bread chocked full of grains would be a nice addition.

Sincerely,
Nikki Taylor
