Shelby Kibler over at the Bakehouse has been experimenting with Cheshire in some loaves of bread and so far it's been amazing. The Bakehouse folks have brought it to a few of our staff meeting (a big perk of working at Zingerman's) and everyone just gobbles it up.

The Cheshire is absolutely fabulous! I am a loyal fan and hope they continue making it... My favorite way to enjoy its flavor is to nosh with preserved figs and a glass of merlot. Or even Shiraz. It hasn't made it into a recipe yet.
