We’ll walk you through all the steps as you learn to make fresh mozzarella from finished curd (available at the Creamery) so you can do it at home! We’ll also show you some of the creative things you can make with it!

Hi Ken!
Thanks so much for your interest in our mozzarella classes! We have them slated to begin in January, but I don’t have a specific date set as of now. We will definitely be posting it on the website as soon as a date is determined. Also, if you’d like, I can sign you up to receive our eNews- we will be announcing the classes there, as well as specials and happenings from the Creamery.
