We stop classes after April. It gets SO hot in the production room at the Creamery that we&#039;ve found it&#039;s not necessarily a great experience. We&#039;ll start them again when the weather cools down. We do have mozzarella making kits available at the Creamery that have been really popular so that might get you started?
