Learn to Make Fresh Mozzarella

We’ll walk you through all the steps as you learn to make fresh mozzarella from finished curd (available at the Creamery) so you can do it at home! We’ll also show you some of the creative things you can make with it!

    Hi Ken!

    Thanks so much for your interest in our mozzarella classes! We have them slated to begin in January, but I don’t have a specific date set as of now. We will definitely be posting it on the website as soon as a date is determined. Also, if you’d like, I can sign you up to receive our eNews- we will be announcing the classes there, as well as specials and happenings from the Creamery.

    Hi there, do you have any class dates for late April/early May? I am in class right now but it ends around that time and it’d be great to sign up beforehand for one around then. Thanks!

    Hi Danielle! Thanks for your interest in the Mozz Class. I can get you signed up for any of the April classes- we have spots in the 4/11, 4/18, & 4,25 sessions. Just let me know if any of those dates work and I’ll get you signed up! As of now, April will be the last month of the class, but I’ll be keeping everyone posted if that changes. Thanks again!

    Hi Danielle,

    We stop classes after April. It gets SO hot in the production room at the Creamery that we’ve found it’s not necessarily a great experience. We’ll start them again when the weather cools down. We do have mozzarella making kits available at the Creamery that have been really popular so that might get you started?
